· Inspection of incoming material quality.
· Inspection of in process quality.
· Inspection of final product quality.
· Daily rejection identification and its RCA and corrective action/8d report.
· Daily testing status for powder coated parts, electrical functional & IP 55 tests or other performance tests.
· New product development records.
· First part approval report & patrol inspection of process parts at different process stages.
· PPAP report for new parts
· MAS/CP & CPK calculation (SPC chart).
· QMS & EHS awareness & implementation.
· Other quality related work
